Randalls Trip

Okay I finally have a minute to sit down and type this up a little better.  First I will tell you what I got and then explain how you can go do it too with very little or no coupons and still have a great trip!!  I had to do this in several (5) transactions so I could roll the catalina deals that print at the register, I did it a little out of order since my total could have been $2 less since I still have one $2 catalina, but oh well.

24 California Pizza Kitchen personals
4 Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks
5 Cinnamon Toast Crunch
3 Golden Grahams
4 Deli Creation Cracker Combos
For a Grand Total of $16.77

So as of right now I have
326.07-16.77=309.30 left in my monthly budget.


If you want to do this here is what you can do.
1.Go to Randalls and grab the ad (4 of them) and then go to the last page of the ad and cut out the $5 off $15 frozen food coupon.
2. Go grab 24 California Pizza Kitchen pizzas (or any multiple of 6 so you will get to the $15 of frozen food you need)
3. Grab 4 Fruit Snacks
4. Grab cereal that is $1.49 when you buy 4 (lots of different types right now), so any multiple of 4
5. If you do it by tomorrow (March 7th) the price will still be $0.99 for the Deli Creation Crackers.  That is only the 4 day sale, everything else runs through Tue.
6.  Then you are going to check out
First transaction:  6 CPK pizzas (if you have coupons that would be great but we didn't get them here in Houston)- scan your card and give the $5 off $15.  Your total will be $10 but you will get back $1.25 for each pizza in a catalina, so $7.50 back.
Second transaction: Cont. doing the CPK pizzas as long as you want to.  Because the catalinas take off tax the total will vary a little bit, around $2 though (mine were $2.03 by my house and $1.88 by my sisters).
Third transaction: On the last set of CPK pizzas you also buy Fruit Snacks (there are coupons all over the internet for these $.50 off 2 so the first doubles, the second doesn't and you pay $2.46 plus you get another $2 catalina for that transaction) so second to last transaction will be around $4.50
Last transaction:  So you will now have $9.50 to get whatever you would like, normally I use these for milk and fruit to keep the budget down but I needed cereal so I used it to pay for those.  You can also print coupons for lots of the cereals that are included in this deal (remember when you print you can click back and print all coupons a second time).
So I had 4 $.55/1 coupons for Cinnamon Toast Crunch
2 $1/2 coupons for various cereals
so the 4 boxes were $1.49 -.55 = $0.94
and 4 boxes were 1.49-.50=$0.99
Total= $7.72
I also grabbed the Deli Creations since they were .99 this weekend and there are $1/2 coupons so .49 a great thing for my husband to take to the office.
Total=$9.68- $9.50(your cats from last transaction) = $0.18 for 8 boxes of cereal and 4 lunches!!!!!!
